Who operates Nitrafe
Nitrafe is the software brand developed and managed by GeorgePity. For account, product, purchase and privacy questions, contact contact@nitrafe.one. Nitrafe One Cleaner is one product within this family.
Your shared Nitrafe account
We process the name and email you provide, a securely hashed password, verification and reset records, and session information needed to operate your account. One account can hold licenses for several Nitrafe products. Connecting a supported application is optional where its product page says so.
Products, licenses and devices
We store product and plan references, subscription status, license validity and device activations so the products included in your purchase can be verified. Activation can transmit a license key or app session, a device identifier and the application version. Server device references are hashed. Supported app sessions can be revoked by signing out or resetting the account password.
Payments and subscriptions
Stripe handles hosted checkout and billing management. We retain purchase, customer, subscription and invoice references, the products purchased, device limits and entitlement status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe. A bundle creates the entitlements for its listed products; it does not expose your information to other customers.
Feedback, support and reviews
When you submit feedback, a support email or a review, we process the information you choose to include. App submissions can include an optional reply email, a star rating and the app version. Reviews are private to the Nitrafe team unless we separately obtain permission to publish them. If direct app delivery is unavailable, Cleaner may open an email draft for you to review and send through your own email provider. Opening a draft is not confirmation of delivery.
Why we process this information
Account, license and purchase information is used to provide the services you request and perform the relevant contract. Security records and request limits support our legitimate interest in protecting accounts and preventing abuse. Information needed for applicable accounting or other legal duties is retained on that basis. If we ask for consent for a separate optional use, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Service providers and security
Our hosting, database and email providers process the information needed to deliver the website and account messages. Stripe processes payment information under its own applicable terms and privacy information. Provider processing can involve countries outside your location; applicable transfer requirements must be observed. Access to administrative records and private feedback is restricted to authorized administration.
Cookies and local preferences
The website uses an essential session cookie for sign-in. Local storage keeps appearance preferences, seasonal choices and related app settings. App session credentials are protected using Windows account encryption on supported Windows installations. We do not include advertising or analytics cookies in this website. Server request limits use hashed IP references; hosting providers can also maintain operational access and security logs.
Retention and your choices
Account information is retained while needed to provide your account. Expired verification records and sessions are periodically removed. Purchase, support and security records may be retained where necessary for the relevant service, resolving a dispute, preventing abuse or meeting applicable legal duties. You can contact us to request access, correction or removal. Deletion can be limited where continued retention is required by law.
Your data protection rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing. You can also raise a complaint with a competent data protection authority. See the European Commission overview of data rights. Send Nitrafe requests to contact@nitrafe.one; we may need to verify your identity before providing private account information.
Cleaner-specific processing
Cleaner scans and performs PC cleanup and optimization locally. Its license and optional account connection use the shared services described above. Free uninstall allowances use a hashed device reference and calendar-month usage counts. Cleanup file listings are not automatically attached to feedback. Halloween appearance and sound preferences are local settings and return to the regular appearance after the seasonal window.
Future Nitrafe applications
Products such as Nitrafe PDF are planned. Their names alone do not imply that we currently upload, store or process documents. Any product that adds new processing will explain its data flows and applicable choices before that feature is offered.
