Who operates Nitrafe
Nitrafe is the software brand developed and managed by GeorgePity. For account, product, purchase and privacy questions, contact contact@nitrafe.one. Nitrafe One Cleaner is one product within this family.
Scope and individual products
These terms apply to nitrafe.one, the shared Nitrafe account and the Nitrafe applications and services you obtain from us. Each product page explains that product's availability, features, supported platforms and plans. Product-specific terms, where presented before purchase or installation, supplement these shared terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private and use Nitrafe products lawfully. Do not use the services to access another person's account, distribute stolen credentials or interfere with service operation. Features that can operate without an account remain subject to their stated usage limits.
Individual licenses and bundles
A product plan covers the named application and its stated device limit. A bundle covers exactly the applications listed at checkout. Future products and later catalog changes are not automatically included in an existing purchase. A license permits the stated use of the software and does not transfer ownership of the software or branding.
Prices, billing and cancellation
The selected product page and Stripe checkout show the amount, currency, billing interval, included products and applicable final charges before payment. Subscriptions renew until canceled under the terms shown at checkout. Use your Nitrafe account to open the billing portal and manage payment details, invoices and cancellation. Access generally continues through the paid period unless a refund, revocation or another applicable term changes that entitlement.
Consumer rights and support
Your applicable statutory consumer rights remain in place. Contact contact@nitrafe.one about a withdrawal, refund request, defective product or billing issue. Downloading software does not by itself waive rights that require a separate express agreement. See the EU overview of withdrawal rights for general information. These terms do not exclude mandatory remedies or protections.
Updates and seasonal appearances
Official releases are distributed through Nitrafe's published download and update services. Updates may change features and fix issues. Seasonal decorations and sound effects are optional presentation features; they do not change your purchased products, device allowance or billing terms. Halloween presentation ends on 2 November, Romania time, and its assets remain available for a later season.
Cleaner-specific care and safety
Cleaner currently supports Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit. Review cleanup categories before deleting files, back up important information and use restore points before system changes. Some operations require administrator access. Premium features require an eligible license or subscription; online verification can be needed. No particular performance increase is promised.
Feedback and ownership
You remain responsible for the content you send. Avoid including passwords or sensitive information in feedback. Sending a private review does not authorize public testimonial use. Nitrafe software, product names and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Planned products and policy changes
A planned product announcement is not an offer of an available download or subscription. Features and prices will be published when that product is ready. We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes; the date above identifies this version. Applicable notice and consumer protection requirements remain in place.
