How to fill a PDF form in your browser

Complete supported interactive PDF forms locally with Nitrafe One PDF, and understand the difference between form fields and scanned pages.

You do not always need to install a desktop PDF editor to complete a form. Nitrafe One PDF runs in your browser and processes document contents on your device.

Sign in to your free Nitrafe account, open Products → One PDF and choose Open editor. Select your PDF or try the sample first. Free accounts support files up to 50 MB and 200 pages.

Choose Fill forms to work with supported interactive fields. Enter the information the document requests and review every completed field. If a document has no interactive fields, Add text may let you place text on top of a page; it does not turn a scanned image into editable source text.

Scanned pages are images. OCR is not included, so the editor cannot automatically recognize their text. Existing selectable text can be edited where supported; unavailable fonts may need substitution. Protected or unusual PDFs can restrict what you can change.

Use Download to export your changes, then reopen the saved file to check the result before sending it. Free exports have no Nitrafe watermark. Keep an untouched copy of the original document.

PDF Pro adds signatures, stamps, true redaction, merging and advanced organization, plus protection and additional export tools. A drawn signature is not a promise of a qualified digital signature or legal validity for every use. Check the recipient’s requirements.

Document editing and export happen in your browser. Your account confirms your access; document contents are not uploaded to Nitrafe. PDF Pro and Cleaner Pro are separate subscriptions. Visit One PDF for current tools, limitations and monthly or annual pricing.
