One PDF, one small task, one finished document

Correct a detail, complete a supported form or leave a clear note without installing another desktop app.

Sometimes the document in front of you only needs a small change. A sentence needs correcting, a form needs an answer, or a colleague needs a clear note. Nitrafe One PDF brings those everyday jobs into your browser.

Open the One PDF product page and sign in to your Nitrafe account. Choose your document, or try the sample to explore the tools first. Keep an untouched copy of the original before you begin.

For selectable text, use the text editing tools where the document supports them. An unavailable font may need substitution. For supported interactive forms, choose Fill forms and complete the fields. Add text can place new text on a page when that is more appropriate. A scanned page is an image; One PDF does not include OCR to turn that image into recognized source text.

Use highlights and comments to make feedback easier to follow. Keep each note specific: point out the detail, explain the change and review the page at a readable zoom. You can search the document and undo changes while you work.

When you are done, export a copy and reopen the saved file. Check the pages you changed, make sure form values appear as expected, and confirm that you are sending the edited copy. The final check matters more than how quickly you clicked through the tools.

PDF document contents are processed locally in your browser. Nitrafe handles your account and access to the tools; opening a PDF does not upload its contents to our server. PDF Free supports documents up to 50 MB and 200 pages, and its exports have no Nitrafe watermark.
